Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance booking is highly recommended. All bookings will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.​​

• Orders under $500: Full payment due at booking.

• Orders over $500: 50% of total due at booking, remainder due

three days before booked date.

• All payments are non-refundable once paid.​

• All menu prices are for service within Tucson city limits.

• All menu prices do not include tax or gratuity.

• Menus note included service time, additional time needed over scheduled time is +$50 an hour.

FAQ

Do I need to prep anything before you arrive?

All we need from you is a space for us to serve you! We will arrive with everything needed. When you book, Chef David will discuss

where the perfect space will be at your booking.​​

Where do you get your oysters?

Our oysters are flown in fresh weekly from partner farms, along with our shrimp, caviar, and tin fish. We source locally and organically when we can and responsibly when we can't.

Do you require site inspections?

We do not! We do ask that the space you provide has proper lighting, shade, and at least a 10ftx10ft level ground space (indoor or outdoor). If you cannot provide shade we can provide our cabana umbrella or tent to keep the oysters cool for +$50. If you're unsure about a space, don't hesitate to ask us about it when booking.

How do I tip?

You can tip when booking or in cash on your booked date. Tips are greatly appreciated.

​

What is your reschedule/cancelation policy?

All payments are non-refundable once paid. Reschedules must be made at least 5 days prior to your originally booked date or a +$100 fee will be given for orders under $500 or a fee of 20% of your order total for orders over $500.
